At the beginning of 2013, we expanded our membership base to include employees of Fannie Mae and its contactors. Our vision, Building Value Through Partnership, is always forefront in our decisions. It is through such partners like Fannie Mae that we are able to grow in services and offer you the most competitive products and rates.
Early last year, we offered a mobile application that is free, fast and convenient. We recognize you are on the go and need access to your accounts when it fits your schedule. You may have recently seen many financial institutions spending large advertising dollars to promote check deposit through a smart phone. Your credit union has offered this feature since September through our mobile app.
We know that security of your personal and credit card information is top of mind. Last year, we enhanced our online banking security and continually monitor your accounts for suspicious activity and fraud. To ensure we can contact you to confirm your purchases or activity, please visit www.ThePartnershipFCU.com and login to your online banking account to update your personal contact information, including your mobile number.
Looking ahead, there are exciting announcements that you will be hearing from us. We are working on increasing the value of account ownership, elevating the level of your personal banking experience and creating a member value program. Plus, a new website is coming in the summer!
