CEO Recaps Annual Meeting
Theresa Mann, President and CEO, Discusses 80 Years of Value in Partnership
July 28- For eight decades, The Partnership Federal Credit Union’s core purpose has been to serve people who advance and promote the interests of the public. We are more committed than ever to provide value through partnership to our members and their families. Yesterday we held our 80th Annual Membership Meeting to celebrate another successful year of living our values of integrity, collaboration, advancement, dedication and respect.
Value through Integrity
It goes without saying that your data must be secure and your financial institution compliant. In 2015, we welcomed more than a dozen audits from our regulators and hired experts, plus countless internal audit evaluations. We take our job of ensuring safety and soundness for our members very seriously.
Value through Collaboration
The Partnership proudly serves current and former employees, families and contractors of the FDIC, National Science Foundation, Fannie Mae and the U.S. Secret Service Headquarters. In 2015 we partnered with your employers to participate in special events and provide financial literacy newsletters and seminars as a unique benefit of your employment.
Value through Advancement
We offer products and services tailored to meet the needs of our members which means cost-savings, convenience and state-of-the-art access to your accounts no matter where you live, work or travel. In 2015 we introduced numerous products and services tailored to meet the needs of our members, including the VIP Program, ZipLINE Credit Builder and InstantRefi.
Value through Dedication
Our employees and volunteers are dedicated to providing value to our members. In 2015, many of our employees received significant national recognition, from IT Professional of the Year to an award for Lending Excellence. Our immediate past Chairman, John Richards, was honored with the Credit Union Times Trailblazer Volunteer of the Year award. John left our Board yesterday, and we thank him for years of dedication to our Credit Union and our members.
Value through Respect
Trust and respect often go hand in hand. We respect that more money in your pocket and more time in your day can provide value to you, and that you place your trust in us by letting us take care of your financial needs.
Thank you to those who were able to attend our Annual Meeting yesterday and celebrate 80 years of value through partnership. Learn more about our 2015 performance in the Annual Report. We look forward to another successful year. It’s our honor to serve you, our members, and we thank you for your continued support of The Partnership Federal Credit Union.
