Annual Awards Luncheon
The Partnership FCU Holds First Annual Awards Luncheon
February 16, Arlington, VA — The Partnership Federal Credit Union held its first Annual Awards Luncheon on February 3, celebrating the success of the Credit Union and its employees, as part of the Operation KUDOS employee recognition program.
While all employees were recognized and rewarded for their contributions to the Credit Union’s 2015 accomplishments, two employees were acknowledged for extraordinary individual achievement in 2015. The Operational Excellence Award was presented to Senior Business Analyst Stephen Schreider for displaying outstanding characteristics of the core values, including innovation, exceptional service and cost effective strategies. The Mann of the Year Award was presented to Contact Center Supervisor Erica Day, chosen from monthly Most Valuable Partner (MVP) nominations. The MVP nominations were the peer-to-peer component of employee recognition, where coworkers nominate each other for monthly success and achievement of core values.

The leaders of the Credit Union congratulated employees for their part in achieving over 13% loan growth and winning multiple prestigious awards, including the CU Journal Best Practices Award for the ZipLINE Credit Builder Loan and the CUNA Lending Council’s Excellence in Lending Award for Consumer Lending.
“At The Partnership FCU we believe that everyone in our community deserves value through partnership,” said Mann. “This includes our employees who are high-performing and integral in providing value to our members. They deserve to be recognized and rewarded for their dedication to the Credit Union and our members.”
Operation KUDOS consists of employees from all departments across the Credit Union. It launched in late 2014 with the mission of developing an employee recognition strategy that reflects the heart and core values of the organization by giving employees the ability to connect their accomplishments to the overall business goals and celebrate the successes, leading to higher levels of engagement across the organization.
